How to Get Your Privileges Back
¢Ù Check your GooglePlay account.
Make sure the ID you logged in is the same with the one you used to purchase the app.
Go to GooglePlay. ¡ú Find ¡°Subscriptions¡±. If you have purchased VideoShow, you can manage it in ¡°Subscriptions¡±.
If you cannot find VideoShow in your subscriptions, please find your order in your email and check the purchase ID. Try again with the right GooglePlay account.
¢Ú Check app version.
Make sure the app you downloaded is the same with the one you purchased.
- If you purchased the VIP privileges in VideoShow, you should download VideoShow instead of VideoShow Pro or VideoShow lite.
- If you purchased the VIP privileges in VideoShow lite, you should download VideoShow lite instead of VideoShow Pro or VideoShow.
(The icon is different.)
¢Û Push ¡°Restore¡± button.
It¡¯s on the upper right corner of the VIP page.
If the subscription can still be valid, system can recognize the account when you push the purchase button.
¢Ü If you have changed your phone recently, you have to pay attention to the following information.
Only when you use the same phone system and the same VideoShow version can the privileges be transferred. Since the system is different, the account cannot be shared. For Android phone, our app will identify your Google account automatically to verify your privileges. For iPhone, our app will identify your apple id. If you change android phone to iPhone or changed iPhone to android phone, you have to purchase the VIP privileges separately.
